$25-$50 PCI-E Video Card!?

Why is a good PCI-e video card meant for gaming that runs fairly fast and can handle 3-D games like
WoW and Oblivion.And if you can, could you send a link to it or like a store site ex.

150 or less Wattage plz!

    Wow, tight budget huh? You’re not going to get a very powerful or fast card for that price and it’ll definately use less than 150W, or 100W or 60W.
    The HD 4650 will most likely be your best card in that price range. It only draws around 50W, so a 300W~350W psu is all you’ll need for it.

    Try these 5xxx series cards. They use less power comsumption then the 4xxx cards.
