256MB ATI FireGL V5250 Video Card question.?

I have a Lenovo t60p with a 256MB ATI FireGL V5250 video card. For an output, it only has a regular monitor SVGA output. I'm assuming I can output to a TV (the TV is compatible to do so), but is there an adapter that can make it output as an HDTV signal?

    You can find (S)VGA to DVI adapters pretty readily, and if your TV doesn’t support that, you could nab a VGA to Component adapter, or even a DVI to HDMI adapter, and use something like VGA -> DVI -> HDMI. Just search online for "VGA to DVI Adapter".

    yes there are adapters for just about any connection, but it may not display correctly in some cases. It will most likely not display at your tv’s max definition.
