256MB minimum Nvidia graphic card – Laptop

I'm searching for (hopefully) all 256mb minimum Memory Bus Width graphic cards by Nvidia. I understand that when a graphic card has a minimum of 256mb's, you can max it out to 1 or 2gbs etc (Nvidia 8400M GS is one of them) depending on the card.

If anyone can name a few graphic cards that you can change it from 256mb's to 1-2gbs that would be appreciated.

Yeah, that's the one Stephen, I believe its economical, if anyone else has some suggestions of really good graphic cards (not just one's that are intergrated and can appear icky looking)

    That might be TurboCache?

    Where the graphics card uses the PC’s RAM memory for itself, but it’s not that good..

    I have it on my 8300GS
