350 watt graphic card can go in a 300 watt computer?
I Just bought a Graphic card GeForce 9500GT, In the require it say i need 350 watt or greater power supply. My computer run 300 watt could this graphic go thru without burning my computer? I need a quick answer thanks!

It won’t damage your computer at all … it just won’t work right & cause system instability when used at high settings.

Once more … It won’t damage your PC at all ……anyone with any basic understanding of electronics will tell you that.
Once you try to draw more power than the PSU can produce all that happens is the hardware begins to shut down.
It’s the same thing as if you would add too many hard drives or other components. It won’t damage (or "fry" ) your system …. it just won’t work right because there isn’t enough current to go around.
no fires
no explosions
no apocalypse
LOL … (a little humor)
If you do it repeatedly over a long period of time it will shorten the PSU’s lifespan.
no..you will need a bigger power supply..you can get a 600 or 800 watt to make sure you have sufficient power…cheers
Lord ! No don’t even try or you will fry something!
The 9500gt is not that power hungry.
There is a chance you would be just fine, but that all depends on what you currently have installed in the computer.
Each device uses a certain amount of power, and if you have only the motherboard, optical drive, hard drive and a video card already installed, then switching to the 9500 would not cause any problems.
But if you had all those things, along with a network card, sound card, USB expansion card, an extra DVD drive and an extra hard drive, then issues would arise.
Use this power supply calculator to determine how much power your computer is currently using.
If it is less than 200 watts, then you can certainly install that 9500gt with no issues.
