4 Video Cards: Which Would You Go With?
I've narrowed my quest for a new video card down to four options. Keep in mind, the reason why the cards aren't "top-notch" is because I don't have a motherboard with PCIe x16 slots ( just a PCIe x1 ) so I have to work with what I have. My computer also has a 230 watts psu, so keep that in mind when helping me here. Also, I would like the card which is best to do a bit of gaming ( League of Legends on medium settings for example ).
EVGA nVidia e-GeForce 8400 GS 512 MB DDR2 ( PCI )

Sparkle GeForce 8400GS 512 MB DDR3 ( PCI, basically Sparkles version of the card above )

Zotac ION PCI Express Graphic Card ( PCIe x1 )

Radeon HD4350 X1 PCI Express 512MB DDR2 ( PCIe x1 )

I know this is kind of lengthy, but I'm not exactly a genius when it comes to video cards. If you have any advice, like past experiences with any of these manufactures or just expert knowledge when it comes to products like these, I'd appreciate the help. Once again, keep in mind I have a 230 watt PSU and would like to play games at least on medium settings ( I don't need to play Crysis 2 on highest setting, for example ).
To Logan: For the Zotac ION you linked, would I still need a new PSU?

Go for the Radeon 4350. It is the fastest of the cards available that you have listed. The Geforce 8400GS would have been the fastest but it is unavailable according to your link. Honestly, a 230w PSU is probably not enough to run any of those graphics cards safely. Your best bet in my opinion is to buy a 500w psu that is cheap and of great quality:

and to also buy a graphics card that is actually relatively decent:

that graphics card I have listed is vastly more powerful than any of the ones you have listed and is cheaper and the same price when combined with the power supply. Those graphics cards just aren’t enough to play modern games really, even with lowered detail. with the graphics card I have listed and the PU you will be able to play whatever game you want for a better price. Also for future reference, if you decide to buy computer parts again, try using Newegg as they have a better inventory, prices and are more trustworthy in my opinion.
Thank you.
EDIT: what I’m saying is if you take my suggestion go for the power supply and graphics card I have listed and if you don’t want to go for the radeon 4350…just know your 230w PSU probably won’t run it safely.
EDIT 2: Didn;t read the part about the not having a PCI-e x16 slot, go for this

still much better than what you have listed..
also the company "sparkle" is terrible and I have had bad experiences with them in that past….
