8800 ultra video card question?

im looking to get an nvidia 8800 ultra graphics card. one has XFX in front of the name and one has eVGA. whats the difference, besides 300 dollars more for XFX!
and neither one is overclocked

    it’s only who makes it. the chipset 4 the cards r exactly the same. Although one might b overclocked.
