_____So there's nothing I can do to upgrade my laptop video card?

I need to upgrade my video card because it's terrible for gaming. Is there nothing I can do short of getting a new computer??

    None that I know of anyway. Laptops weren’t made for gaming. Sorry, i am sure that is not what you wanted to hear.

    Unfortunately not. That’s one of the sacrifices you make when you get a laptop instead of a desktop: lack of upgradability. You absolute MUST buy a new computer to get a better video card.

    most laptops have integrated graphics, meaning that it is part of the motherboard of the computer
    in this case you would have to replace the entire motherboard

    it depends on your laptop. i know when i owned my dell laptop. i could get a video card from another dell and swap it out with that one.

    you should check ebay. there are a few listings for video cards for laptops. just make sure you get the right one.

    as for laptop customizing…there is a gateway…i forgot what model number, but you can swap out its cpu for a faster one.

    ask the maker of ur computer some laptops are coming out where u cna upgrade the video card…but generally just get a new laptop

    No. You should not have bought a fashion statement. Buy a PC.
