"Intel 915 Graphics Media Accelerator w/PCI Express"?

this graphic card is on a notebook... but it doesn't say anything about how much memory it has or... how much ram it would use.
what does the PCI express mean. I know what it means on the desktop but on a notebook.

    Intel 915 Graphics is an intergrated video card. It shares memory from RAM. It is depended on how much you set for your menory. You may choose the amount of memory share by setting Bios ( for instant 32-64-128Mbs)

    Intel 915 Graphics card has 224mb of dynamic video memory. that is it can use upto 224 mb of ram for video
