"Yes" to dual video cards?

I'm not a technology person so please don't get too technical or jargony with your answers. Here's what I know. My computer's graphics card is an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 560M 2GB. I also like to play Call of Duty: World at War. In the graphics options for the game, it asks me Dual Video Cards, yes/no. Will the game run or look better if I put "yes?"

    If you don’t have two video cards with two monitors it won’t help.
